By downloading, installing, or using LudiHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

LudiHub is a game launcher application for iPad that allows users to organize and launch their games and applications through a customizable interface. LudiHub acts solely as a launcher and does not provide, host, or distribute any games or gaming services.

3. No Affiliation

LudiHub is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to:

• NVIDIA GeForce NOW
• Xbox Game Pass or Microsoft Corporation
• Apple App Store or Apple Inc.
• Any game publishers, developers, or gaming platforms
• Any cloud gaming services

LudiHub is developed independently and all trademarks, service marks, and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper licenses for all games and applications you launch through LudiHub
• Complying with the terms of service of any third-party services you access through LudiHub
• Ensuring you have the right to use any images or content you add to LudiHub

5. Launcher Functionality

LudiHub provides functionality to organize and launch apps through iOS shortcuts and URL schemes. LudiHub does not:

• Modify, hack, or circumvent any game or service protections
• Provide access to games or services you don't already own or subscribe to
• Store, distribute, or stream game content
• Guarantee compatibility with all games or services

6. Intellectual Property

Users may add custom images to their game library. Since all data is stored locally on your device and LudiHub does not collect, access, or transmit user data, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or content you add for your personal use.

LudiHub is intended for private, personal use on your device. We do not monitor, access, or have any knowledge of the content you store in the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LudiHub is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All games or services will be compatible
• Third-party services will remain accessible

8. Limitation of Liability

LudiHub and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

9. Third-Party Services

When you use LudiHub to launch third-party applications or services, you are subject to those services' own terms and conditions. LudiHub is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted through the App Store, and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using LudiHub at any time by deleting the app from your device. All local data will be removed upon deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
