LudiHub is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our app and in connection with the distribution of the Android version.

Data Stored Locally

LudiHub does not collect, store, or transmit personal data through the app.

All data created within LudiHub, including game library, custom images, shortcuts, and settings, is stored locally on your device. LudiHub does not transmit this information to our servers or collect it for analytics, tracking, or other purposes.

Patreon and Android Updates

The Android version is distributed through Patreon. If you purchase the Android version through Patreon, Patreon may provide us with your email address according to your Patreon privacy settings.

We use your email address solely to:

• Deliver the Android APK
• Send future Android application updates
• Keep a record of your entitlement to receive future updates

Your email address may be retained after you cancel recurring Patreon payments so that you can continue receiving future Android updates.

We do not use these email addresses for advertising, unrelated marketing, or tracking, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us at support@ludihub.app. Please note that deleting your email address will prevent us from delivering future Android updates to you by email.

Information We Don't Collect Through the App

LudiHub does not collect:

• Usage data or analytics
• Device information
• Location data
• Game library or gameplay information
• Personal information entered or created within the app
• Cookies or tracking data

Third-Party Services

LudiHub does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. When you launch games or shortcuts through LudiHub, you are interacting directly with those apps or services, which have their own privacy policies.

Patreon is used for payment and membership management for the Android version. Information provided to Patreon is processed according to Patreon's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

LudiHub does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 through the app.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will notify users through the App Store update notes or other appropriate channels.
